Mr. Jaronchai Dilokkalayakul (Potter), the 4th year Digital Engineering Student, who interned with IBM Thailand from July – to November 2023, has a really good opportunity to participate in IBM’s Internal Hackathon, the WatsonX Challenge 2023, The dynamic team has developed and implemented a WatsonX Assistant which has revolutionized the customer service process and improved service delivery.
The chatbot acted as a virtual assistant, guiding users through various inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing quick, accurate responses that highlighted the potential of AI-powered solutions to drive improvements in service delivery. This project serves as a model example of how technology-driven initiatives can elevate customer service and streamline operational processes.
