OUR PHILOSOPHY

Thai-Nichi International College: TNIC has officially established on November 1st, 2021. With our past 4 years of starting the 3 international programs with the new building environment is at Building E since 2018. TNIC has faculty and personnel teaching team who are carried out both lectures and practical sessions, including the cooperative education training in the workplace. There are activities, student services and enrich with solid courses. Therefore, as our plan pipeline TNIC will launch 3 new programs in the near future. However, there are currently 4 TNIC programs at the present time which are;


·        Digital Engineering (DGE)

·        Data Science and Analytics (DSA)

·        International Business and Entrepreneurship (IBN)

·        Japanese for International Business (JIB).

·        Business Engineering and Innovation (BEI).



TNIC aims to enhance the Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology to be the leading international institution with sustainable international standards, also to increase the competency to empower international education throughout Thailand. We strongly believed that our qualified graduated students are able to communicate both English and Japanese, plenary with the knowledge and ability to work in multinational environments both in the country and abroad. 


Thai-Nichi International College is an academic institute which was established to be an academic center and a resource to specifically develop the Kingdom of Thailand's personnel to be excellent in academic areas in industrial technology and business administration sectors while adhering to virtue and social conscience

Thai-Nichi International College aims to become one of the leading academic institutions providing high levels of knowledge in specialized fields and produce highly qualified industrial and management technology graduates who can adequately apply and disseminate those technologies to society with integrity and accountability.

OUR OBJECTIVES

The primary goals for establishing TNIC are to provide education with emphasis on technology, social sciences, and humanities. TNIC's objectives are teaching and producing graduates, conducting research, and providing academic services to society and maintaining Thailand's arts and culture. These objectives include:

To provide education at the undergraduate levels in the fields of science, technology, social sciences, and humanities by focusing on practical and theoretical knowledge;

To be a leading academic institution in the area of research and development and To continuously contribute to the modern body of knowledge

To be a center of competent academia and consulting that promotes a cooperation among researchers to produce distinguished researches

To transfer technology from Japan and other developed countries by collaborating among academic institutes, governmental, and private organizations in Japan and other countries via exchange programs in research and development, educational training, and study abroad

To provide academic services to society through short-term courses, training, and consulting for industrial entrepreneurs, as well as an exchange of knowledge in technology among entrepreneurs, administrators, engineers, and industrial technicians; and

To encourage activities which help preserve the arts and culture of Thailand and Japan.

MONODZUKURI CONCEPT

TNIC's competency-based education prepares students with job skills based on the demands from industries and entrepreneurs with core competencies in the following areas:

Technical Competency. The programs direct the students to be practitioners and experts through participating in workshops, conducting projects, taking study tours and training with entrepreneurs, sharing experiences with Thai and Japanese experts, joining study abroad in Japan, etc.

Managerial Competency. TNIC provides essential business administration knowledge and skills applicable to the individual, group, and organizational levels. TNIC graduates will, therefore, have a high potential for a wide range of prospective careers.

Language Competency. TNIC acknowledges the importance of communication, the exchange of knowledge, and universal technology. Therefore, TNIC emphasizes language competency in speaking, reading, and writing. Even English is the medium of language taught in class; all TNIC students are required to take both English and Japanese lessons every semester so that they can be competitive in the labor market and have opportunities for further studies in Japan and other countries.

Ethics and Human Relations Competency. TNIC encourages the concepts of teamwork and ethics in every program. TNIC graduates can utilize discretion in analysis and decision-making in any operation by considering the principles of appropriateness and fairness.
